Arrivals and departures

Pitches will be allocated on arrival.

Changes to your holiday

Modifications are subject to a £5.00 admin fee.

Deposits are £50 during March – Oct and 10% Nov-Feb

ANY BOOKING MADE VIA A 3RD PARTY AGENT, DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

PLEASE NOTE ALL REFUNDS WILL INCUR A 5% ADMIN CHARGE

If cancelled 4 weeks before arrival a full refund will be offered

If cancelled 2 weeks before arrival NO REFUND on deposit
Full balance must be paid 4 weeks before arrival and will be fully charged if cancelled 7 days before arrival

Dogs

Dogs must be kept on leads and always supervised. All mess MUST be cleared away and disposed of in dog bins.
Please ensure that your dog is under control and always supervised. YOU CAN NOT LEAVE your dog onsite alone.

Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act.


Extras

Facilities/activities including fishing are subject to extra charges payable on arrival and MUST be pre booked

Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the 1 car included. If additional vehicles this will be charged at £5 each per stay.

General

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Quiet hours must be respected between 9:30 p.m. and 7 a.m.

Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

For fishing you will need an Environment Agency rod licence (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).


Hired accommodation

If there are any damages or repairs needed, please inform management straight away.
Management reserve the right to charge for damages if considered deliberate

Pitches

You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Reception

Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. between 01/03 and 31/10.

Reception is unmanned after 6 p.m. Please inform us if you intend to arrive after time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.

Safety

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground, with a patio slab or brick underneath to stop grass burning and attended by an adult at all times.

Fires are ONLY allowed within a firepit.

ALL wood must be purchased from us.
Children MUST be supervised at all times.

Vehicles

No vehicle movement between 9:30 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Please be aware that on very busy days vehicles may not be able to be

parked next to your pitch. Also NO VEHICLES are allowed to be parked around the lakes at anytime.
